This program offers you more frequent monthly site visits, the assurance that your mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are being maintained, and it includes all of the basic materials to do so.

Maintain cost control for in-depth service items — only pay for what you choose to have done, as your budget allows.

Advantage is ideal for condominiums that do not employ building operators, where more frequent eyes on the equipment is valuable. 

Total Care

Complete A-to-Z preventative maintenance.

The Total Care program includes in-depth equipment cleaning, a full tune-up program, and multiple additional services that are often covered by smaller contracts and individual contractors.

Maintain your equipment in a constant state of cleanliness and always meet the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule. Complete, coordinated, and scheduled by Prevent Mechanical.

This program requires a three-year contract commitment as a number of service items are only performed once every three years.
